Each plan includes secure storage for clinical photos and PDFs (10, 50 or 200 GB). You will see warnings at 80% and 95% usage. At 100%, new uploads are paused until you add a storage pack or upgrade your plan — existing files remain accessible.

Your subscription renews monthly or annually depending on your plan. You receive invoices by email.

Yes. All paid plans include the GDPR module for managing patient consents and data-subject requests. There is no extra fee to turn it on.
